We send our UK orders tracked via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can choose between 1st Class Signed (free for UK customers) for upgrade to Special Delivery (£6.50).

Our international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked (£9.95).

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, your Sken Studios order may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. These charges are payable by the customer. As these charges vary from country to country, we are unable to advise on these charges and would recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information

We don’t offer refunds on our jewellery but we are happy to exchange your piece within 28 days, so get in touch with us if needed. We are unable offer exchanges on any of our earrings for hygiene reasons.

As all of our Sken Studios rings are made to order, it’s important to ensure you measure your finger correctly. If you don’t know your ring size, we sell easy to use, re-usable ring sizers to help you find the correct size. When measuring your ring size ensure your fingers aren’t too hot or cold as this will impact the sizing.

Our gold plated signets all have a thick layer of 24ct gold plating, which is to Vermeil standard. Our Signets are plated to 3-4 micron thickness.

Gold plated jewellery is a much more affordable alternative to solid gold jewellery, however it won’t last forever. If it wears away over time, your jewellery can be re-polished and plated to restore them to their original state.

All of your Sken Studios jewellery is made by hand in our Manchester studio. Due to the nature of handmade, there may be minor differences between pieces, which make each piece unique.

At Sken Studios, we try to do what we can for the planet. The Silver and Gold we use is made from recycled materials, which have been melted down and repurposed. Our jewellery is both made by hand in our Manchester studio, and cast locally, then finished by hand in our studio.

Our Packaging

Printed materials - Made from 100% recycled, uncoated card. Can be fully recycled.

Boxes, envelopes & tape - Made from 100% recycled paper and card. We use paper tape for all of our packaging. These can be all be fully recycled.

Shredded paper packaging - We shred all of our office waste and re-use it directly as padding for our jewellery boxes. This is combined with recycled shredded paper from an external supplier (the pink stuff). So your packaging is not only super cute, but kind to the planet.

Ring boxes - The outer cardboard box is made from 40% recycled paper and are fully recycle-able. Unfortunately, the foam insert cannot be recycled.
